- What comes with Paid Membership?
- Paid Membership includes Style Life, the complete Digital Closet, clothing-detail identification assistance, Outfit Builder, saved outfits, Weekly Outfit Planner, Plan Ahead with trip/vacation and special event planning, Packing Planner, Favorites, Closet Insights, Outfit History, and the complete personalized wardrobe application including occasion-based, seasonal, and weather-informed styling.
- Can I plan for trips and special events?
- Yes. Trip/Vacation Planning and Special Event Planning are paid features within Plan Ahead, so you can plan around dates, destinations, activities, themed days and nights, dinners, and events — and revisit saved plans as the date approaches.
- Does Styling Confidence use weather?
- Yes. Weather-Informed Styling is a paid feature that uses weather information alongside your wardrobe and plans to help you make more practical outfit decisions.
- How does clothing-detail identification work?
- When you upload a photo, Styling Confidence identifies applicable clothing details for you, which you can review or edit before saving. This assistance is part of applicable paid functionality.
- Where can I get help inside the app?
- The Virtual Help Desk is available within the app, and it provides access to How to Use Styling Confidence, FAQ, Feature Help, and Contact / Support. The Style Help Center, a fashion reference for clothing terminology, is coming soon.
- How do I join the beta?
- Share your first name, last name, and email address on the Beta page and request access. We'll be in touch as beta invitations are released.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You will continue to have access to your paid features through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received a duplicate charge, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing a paid service, please contact Styling Confidence Support.
