Styling Confidence is intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, use Styling Confidence, purchase a subscription, or access any of its services.

Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use Styling Confidence.

Styling Confidence is provided for personal wardrobe organization and styling. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse or interfere with it.

The beta is a pre-release experience. Features may change, and availability is offered at our discretion as invitations are released.

You retain ownership of the wardrobe images and details you add. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sign-in credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission, please contact Styling Confidence Support.

Because Styling Confidence provides access to digital services and personalized styling features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, received a duplicate charge, or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from accessing a paid service, please contact Styling Confidence Support so the issue can be reviewed.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to your paid Styling Confidence features through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

This Refund Policy does not limit any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
